A G63 repair estimate should identify the actual failed component. These guide ranges help size a repair; the two service packages below are alternatives for maintenance, not additions to every repair bill.
| Repair | Included work | Estimated total |
|---|---|---|
| Rear engine seal repair | Repair of an identified rear main seal leak, with access labor, replacement sealing parts and checks. | AED 3,000–4,500 |
| Turbo actuator replacement | One compatible actuator where separately replaceable, fitting and relevant setup. A complete turbo is a different repair. | AED 5,000–7,000 |
| Rear differential overhaul | An eligible repairable assembly, agreed bearing/seal work and associated removal, refitting and checks. Major gear damage changes the estimate. | AED 2,800–3,600 |
| Cabin blower repair or replacement | One identified blower fault; the repair or replacement motor, access work and operation checks are specified in the quote. | AED 1,200–1,800 |
Guide figures are not fixed offers. The exact part, its condition and the included labor must be stated in your quote. Engine rebuilds, complete turbo assemblies and AMG gearbox replacements are priced after the fitted unit and damage are identified. The first-service offer is not deducted here.
Appropriate engine oil and filter, fluid and tire checks, brake inspection, initial electronic check and service reminder reset after the agreed work.
The routine package plus the listed engine-air and cabin filters, brake-fluid replacement and additional suspension and driveline checks. Spark plugs and transmission work are separate.

The G63 badge spans different AMG powertrains. Earlier 5.5-liter V8 and later 4.0-liter V8 vehicles require different parts and procedures, while newer versions can also have a 48V electrical system. We identify the car before selecting the repair.
We investigate a loss of acceleration by checking the engine’s operating data and the relevant intake, boost-control, fuel and ignition components. A loose connection, air leak or actuator fault may require a different repair from damage inside a turbo. A low-boost code alone does not establish that both turbochargers need replacement.
When a turbo repair is justified, the quote should identify which unit is involved, whether the actuator is available separately and what associated lines or sealing parts need attention. For oil-contaminated or damaged components, the cause matters as much as the replacement part.
We trace oil leaks before recommending a seal replacement that requires substantial dismantling. Oil can travel over the engine or undertray, making a rear leak appear to originate elsewhere. For rough running, we compare electronic findings with relevant mechanical checks before quoting internal engine work.
An engine rebuild or replacement deserves a clear comparison of the work, parts condition and warranty. Your G63’s engine generation and the condition of its major assemblies affect that decision. We do not apply a standard four-cylinder rebuild price to an AMG V8.
We repair transmission and driveline faults after locating where the complaint begins. A hard shift, a clunk when changing direction and a speed-related whine can feel connected from the driver’s seat, yet involve different assemblies.
For the automatic gearbox, we assess operation, relevant fault data and the condition found during the agreed checks. Repair options may include a specific control or hydraulic component, an internal overhaul or a compatible replacement. The quote needs to cover the required fluid, seals, refitting and setup as well as the main part.
We also investigate the transfer case, propshafts, joints and differentials where the symptoms point to them. Tell us whether a noise changes with road speed, throttle position or turning. The purpose is to identify which assembly needs work, rather than bundle several expensive repairs together.
A fluid change is maintenance for a suitable unit. It should not be sold as a cure for persistent slipping, substantial internal wear or damaged gear teeth. If the investigation shows those problems, we explain the repair choices and what further dismantling is required to give a reliable total.

We inspect the pads, discs, calipers and related components before recommending replacement. The quote identifies the axle and the installed brake equipment, so the price for a pad set is not confused with pads and discs together. A parts choice should match the car’s braking requirements and the agreed repair.
G63 suspension design changes across generations. Many vehicles use coil springs with damping equipment appropriate to their specification; newer cars can have additional active ride-control hardware. We confirm what is fitted rather than treating every G63 as an air-suspension vehicle.
A leaking damper, worn joint, damaged mounting or electronic control problem calls for different work. We explain when both sides of an axle should be considered and whether alignment or calibration is required after the repair. Replacing a damper will not correct a bent wheel or an unrelated steering fault.
Describe the driving condition and we can arrange the appropriate investigation. You do not need to decide in advance whether the fault belongs to the steering, suspension or transmission.
We assess the condition that produces the vibration, including wheel or tire damage and relevant driveline components. Tell us about a recent tire change, impact or repair. That helps focus the inspection without assuming the newest part caused the problem.
We inspect the mechanical condition before treating an alignment adjustment as the complete repair. Worn joints, damaged parts or unsuitable tire condition can leave the car pulling after an adjustment. The necessary corrective work should be clear before alignment is carried out.
If the concern appeared after rough terrain, let us know. We check relevant protective panels and accessible steering, suspension and driveline components. An inspection can distinguish a loose panel from damage that affects safe operation or needs a component repair.
We test the relevant power supply, battery condition and connections when starting becomes unreliable or warnings appear together. A conventional 12V battery, an additional supply component and a newer 48V system are different jobs. We identify the system involved before recommending replacement.
Weak airflow can point to a blower or air-distribution problem, while poor cooling can require refrigerant-circuit and compressor checks. We establish the failure before quoting an AC repair. If a leak is found, its repair is considered before another refrigerant refill.
For lighting, window or control faults, we check the related circuit and components. A failed function does not automatically justify a complete module replacement. Previous accessory installations or water entry are useful details to mention because they can change the investigation.

If the G63 is already booked for a repair, tell us about any service reminder or maintenance due. We can plan the work together where workshop time and parts availability allow. The repair, the selected service package and any separately due items should remain identifiable on the estimate.
The G63 maintenance packages show routine and extended service inclusions. An extended package already contains the routine items, so the two prices are alternatives. Spark plugs, transmission servicing, differential work and worn brake parts should only be added when required and specifically listed.
Service timing depends on the vehicle’s schedule, operating conditions and recorded work. We check the relevant requirements instead of giving every G63 the same oil quantity, fixed interval or list of replacement parts. If a repair overlaps with a due service operation, the combined quote should account for that shared work.
Answers about AMG equipment, repair budgets and arranging your workshop visit.
Yes. Tell us the model year and the concern. We identify the engine, gearbox and relevant equipment before matching parts and confirming the work. A 5.5-liter V8, a later 4.0-liter V8 and a newer car with additional electrical equipment need different checks.
No. A warning or low-boost reading needs investigation. Air leaks, controls, wiring or an actuator may be involved. We recommend replacement of a complete turbo only when the findings support it and identify which unit requires work.
No. G63 suspension varies by generation and specification, including coil-spring and adaptive or active ride-control arrangements. We verify the actual equipment before quoting a strut, damper or related repair.
We can discuss the published guide ranges and the likely next step from your description. An exact repair total may need inspection or a part-number check. Ask for parts, labor and VAT to be listed together before approving work.
Stop safely if the engine overheats, braking becomes weak or a serious red warning appears. Contact the workshop about the next step and recovery arrangements before driving further. Continued use can increase damage or compromise safe control.
No. It prices a stated workshop service. Repairs, additional due maintenance, tires, fuel, insurance and registration are separate costs. We can price work due during your next visit without treating every possible repair as an annual expense.
The duration depends on the confirmed repair, parts availability, any dismantling and the testing required. We agree the expected collection time for your job and update you if findings change it. Call first if you need to plan transport or recovery.
Call with your model year and the issue you want resolved. A short description of when it happens is enough to begin; videos, service history and the VIN can be provided later if useful. Our workshop is at 39, Al Quoz 4, Dubai.
We explain the findings, the recommended repair and any sensible alternative. Before authorizing a major job, ask for the parts specification, included labor, expected collection time and applicable written warranty. If the car cannot be driven safely, discuss collection or recovery availability and charges with us.
